At Mattress By Appointment Montgomery, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We offer a 120-night sleep trial to provide you ample time to determine if your new mattress meets your comfort needs.
120-Night Sleep Trial
Trial Period: Begins on the date of delivery.
Adjustment Period: We require a minimum of 30 nights of use before initiating a return or exchange, allowing your body to adjust to the new mattress.
Eligibility: Each customer is entitled to one return or exchange per household, per calendar year.
Return & Exchange Process
nitiation: After 30 nights and within the 120-night trial window, contact us to begin the return or exchange process.
Return Fee: A $99 fee applies to all mattress returns or exchanges to cover pickup and handling.
Condition: Mattresses must be in good condition, free from stains, odors, damage, and misuse. A picture of the mattress must be submitted for approval.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the mattress is removed and inspected.
Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, any price differences between models will be applied accordingly.
Exclusions
Accessories: Pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and other accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
Foundations & Adjustable Bases: All sales are final.
Improper Use: Returns may be denied if the mattress has been used improperly, with the wrong foundation, or shows signs of misuse such as environmental damage, mold, or neglect.
Additional Terms
- Unopened Mattresses: Unopened mattresses and accessories are not eligible for return or refund after delivery.
- Condition for Return: Products must be in condition suitable for donation, showing only normal wear and tear as determined solely by us.
- Foundation Requirements: Mattresses must be used solely for their intended purpose, including proper support on an approved base, frame, or foundation.
- Non-Contiguous U.S.: Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
- Limitations: Invoices discounted beyond the standard sales price or purchases of Floor Samples are exempt from cancellations or exchanges.
- Product Exemptions: Certain products are exempt from trial periods, cancellations, or refunds. This includes Bedtech mattresses, Weekender, Special Orders, Odd Size Custom Cut, RV, Floor Samples, Adjustable Bases, platform bases, massage chairs, and accessories.
Return Procedure
- Contact Us: Reach out via email or phone with your order details.
- Schedule Pickup: We will coordinate a convenient pickup time.
- Inspection: Upon retrieval, the mattress will be inspected to ensure it meets return criteria.
- Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
